4. Principle of safe brake system technology
- By connecting brakes and ‘safety bars’, it makes wheels stay fixed at all the time, and it is designed so that wheels can move as brakes are unlocked only if users fold the safety bar after sitting on the wheelchair.
- For sitting on regular wheelchairs, users must lock the brakes located on the left side of wheelchairs. However, when not performed, wheels fall back, causing falling accidents.
- When opening safety bars: It uses brakes and wheels do not move.
- When closing safety bars: brakes are unlocked, enabling wheels to move.
